General Questions

Do the Same Cleaners Come every cleaning Visit?

We firmly believe that there is value in developing a relationship between our cleaners and our clients. Ensuring that the same cleaner attends your premises also helps ensure the cleaning is completed by someone who becomes expertly aware of your specific cleaning needs. Sometimes there may be circumstances which require an alternative cleaner to attend your premises. If this happens, please rest assured that the person coming in to clean is as friendly and capable as all our employees.

What training do your staff go through?

All CleaningBest staff undergo theoretical classroom training as well as on the job training. When we have a new hire they will undergo supervised onsite training to ensure that they have full knowledge of our products and procedures, as well as appropriate client interaction.

In addition, CleaningBest provides all employees with regular training to keep them up to date on cleaning procedures, issues, and any equipment changes.

What sets you apart from other cleaning companies?

CleaningBest is a family owned business that offers service with a smile. This means that your cleaning service is being cared for with a personal touch that is also professional. We understand the important of communication, which means you will get a timely response to any email or phone call that you make to us. When you need to talk about an important matter you will be talking directly to one of the owners. This ensures you are speaking to someone who can address any concerns you have, and make the decisions necessary to meet your unique needs.

Will you perform additional cleaning tasks above and beyond the normal tasks?

We certainly do provide cleaning services that are above and beyond a basic clean. However, in order to ensure we can fit such tasks into our schedule we request one week’s notice prior to a scheduled clean in order to ensure we can incorporate the additional request. Please note that some additional tasks may incur an additional fee.

Can I supply my own cleaning products?

You are certainly free to request that we use any special product/s that you may like. The only caveat is that we need to ensure that we have full knowledge of the product prior to the commencement of the clean. This helps ensure that we know we will not be doing any sort of damage to your premises with the product.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes at CleaningBest we strive for 100% satisfaction. However we do recognise that at times things can go wrong or miscommunication can occur. If you are not happy with any or all of the cleaning service we provide for any reason, please call or email our office by the next day. We will gladly come out and fix any problem or address any concerns.
